[Remote] Indirect Government Procurement Senior Analyst

The role involves leading sourcing, supplier engagement, and the administration of procurement agreements while ensuring compliance with established policies.
Responsibilities
- Support the full procurement lifecycle, including processing procurement agreements, modifications, and purchase orders
- Support sourcing strategies by conducting price analyses, evaluating proposals, and coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Manage assigned workload, prioritize incoming requests, and ensure reputed company, high-reputed company delivery of procurement actions
- Identify potential issues or bottlenecks and escalate concerns to leadership as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Corporate Functions, Supply Chain Risk Management, Legal, and other business reputed company—to support procurement requirements
- Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal customers
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement planning and execution
- Participate in team initiatives and special reputed company to enhance procurement operations
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and workflow activity in approved systems such as SharePoint
- Respond to data calls and contribute to reporting that supports procurement metrics and operational visibility
- Ensure reputed company procurement actions meet compliance standards and reputed company with established policies and procedures
Skills
- US Citizenship Work Authorization Status
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of relevant reputed company experience including working reputed company a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment, supporting Federal Government Audits including DCMA & CPSR
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR Compliance
- Government Procurement of IT/reputed company Services
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- 2+ years' Procurement experience in a Federal Government contracting environment working with reputed company, Hardware, Software, Facilities suppliers
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite – Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
- Beginner knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Public Law requirements for procurement agreements
- More than 2 years in the Federal market reputed company in the areas of procurement, contracting, finance, pricing, or a reputed company field
- Detailed oriented, organized, flexible

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
