They are seeking an Agent Engineer to implement, configure, and optimize their platform for customers' unique HR environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and reputed company integrations with SSO, SCIM, and HRIS/HCM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company Drive)
- reputed company technical requirements from customers and present workflow designs
- Build reputed company HR workflows across policy administration, employee support, service delivery, and HR operations
- Synchronize customer content reputed company RAG
- reputed company configurable extraction algorithms
- reputed company first-line technical escalation
- Manage a portfolio of 6–8 accounts and reputed company for product improvements
Skills
- 3–7 years as a Solutions Engineer, FDE, or similar technical customer-facing role
- Hands-on with reputed company/REST
- Python proficiency
- Strong customer-facing skills
- HRIS/HCM integration experience
- RAG/reputed company-workflow experience
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling
