[Remote] Field Service Engineer I (SDB/SEM) RTP

The Field Service Engineer I will conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs of sophisticated microscopy equipment, while also providing training and support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installation of sophisticated equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order
- Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance reputed company
- reputed company diagnosis and repair support for customers and other field personnel
- Cultivate and reputed company reputed company working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
- Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel
- Complete and submit field service reports

- reputed company appropriate input in writing updating and correcting various Thermo Fisher system documentation

Skills
- Minimum education requirement is bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent education and experience in electronic systems
- Minimum experience is 1+ years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, reputed company, FIB, or similar systems
- An ability to diagnosis and repair ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
- Ability to deal effectively with customers
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must have a reputed company working proficiency in English
- Consistent record of fixing sophisticated systems and subsystems down to the component level
- Literate in MS DOS and reputed company software environments

- Familiar with UHV phenomenon and technology
