Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end business analysis activities, including gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements

Skills

- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business case development, and stakeholder management
- Required certifications: ITIL v3 or v4, reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA), reputed company Business Process for Implementation
- Experience with reputed company implementations and service management frameworks
- Certifications such as Six reputed company, Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, reputed company, or CPDE
- Proficiency with analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Visio, UML, BPMN, data mapping, reputed company)
