Responsibilities

- Configure care management workflows, registries, and case management tools
- Translate operational requirements into reputed company system configuration
- Build and maintain reputed company sheets, care plans, documentation tools, and communication templates
- Support development of population health workflows and reporting structures
- Participate in design workshops and workflow assessment sessions
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and defect reputed company
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize care management workflows
- Document system configuration and implementation reputed company
Skills

- Experience supporting reputed company Rose functionality; Certification strongly preferred
- 3–5+ years reputed company analyst experience
- Experience supporting at least one full reputed company implementation lifecycle
- Demonstrated hands-on build and configuration experience

- Experience participating in integration testing and system validation
- Experience supporting payer organizations or health plans
- Experience with population health or value-based care programs
