Responsibilities

• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/portals
• Sourcing and reputed company candidates by using databases, reputed company media, etc and screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
