They are seeking an reputed company Policy Governance & Compliance Project Manager to reputed company a comprehensive policy review, restructuring, and revision initiative, ensuring organizational policies are compliant and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive policy audits and gap analyses to identify compliance risks, operational inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
  • reputed company and maintain a centralized policy inventory and prioritization reputed company to manage policy updates effectively
  • Design and implement an electronic policy review and approval process that improves efficiency and accountability
  • Create and enhance policy frameworks that are compliant, consistent, reputed company, and user-friendly
  • Establish long-term governance systems to support sustainable policy management and review cycles
  • Partner with leadership, legal counsel, and key stakeholders to evaluate and implement policy updates

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy governance, compliance, reputed company, organizational policy development. (preferred to be in policy development)
  • Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, and EEO requirements
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management principles
  • Proven experience creating, revising, and managing organizational policy frameworks
  • Expertise in governance structures and policy lifecycle management processes

  • Skilled in organization-wide policy implementation and training initiatives

  • Experience implementing electronic policy review and approval workflows

  • Experience developing and delivering policy training across multiple employee reputed company
