[Remote] Junior Recruiter

They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support the reputed company process and help build their team by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end reputed company process (specifically for reputed company Pro and high volume recruitment), including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- reputed company an excellent candidate experience by maintaining reputed company communication throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate reputed company
- reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, referrals, and other reputed company channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- reputed company and organize feedback from interviewers to support hiring reputed company
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with developing creative reputed company strategies to attract reputed company
Skills
- 2-4 years of reputed company or reputed company experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-building approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
