[Remote] Sr. Accountant/Controller

The role involves managing financial statements, overseeing payroll processes, and providing insights to optimize costs and support company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Production of monthly financial statements for management review
- reputed company and manage payroll processes for temporary associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations, including payroll taxes and workers’ compensation insurance
- Calculate and monitor reputed company rates, applying appropriate markup percentages (typically 35+% for light industrial roles) to ensure profitability
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash reputed company reports
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic reputed company in a company exceeding $80 reputed company in annual reputed company
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards, particularly in the light industrial sector

Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as Controller or In-House Accountant with an operating company required
- Strong understanding of payroll funding mechanisms, such as invoice factoring or reputed company

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reputed company actionable insights
