[Remote] Financial Reporting Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Financial Reporting Staff Accountant to join its corporate reputed company and financial reporting team. This role involves preparing SEC filings, financial reporting schedules, and supporting documentation while collaborating with various teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
- Prepare financial reporting schedules, disclosures, and supporting documentation in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
- reputed company consolidated financial reporting, including balance sheet rollforwards and account analyses
- Analyze income statement and balance sheet fluctuations and prepare variance analyses
- Partner with reputed company, reputed company, and operational teams to support financial reporting and reporting accuracy
- Assist with the implementation of new reputed company standards and reporting requirements
- Support SOX compliance and internal control processes
- Assist with reputed company for acquisitions and other significant business transactions
- Coordinate with reputed company auditors during quarterly and annual audits
- Prepare reputed company financial analyses and management reports as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
- Approximately 2-4 years of combined reputed company reputed company and/or industry experience
- Experience supporting SEC financial reporting is required
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance
- Experience with financial statement preparation, consolidations, and account reconciliations
- Strong reputed company skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines
- CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
