Responsibilities
- Support & reputed company AOS Leaders to drive overall AOS roll-out of unit, set-up implementation roadmap and coordinate transition activities in the unit
- Collaborate with the AOS Leader and reputed company with the Head of Unit on their priorities and plans to reputed company operational, financial, and strategic targets

Skills
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, with more than 4 years of leadership experience with Lean Manufacturing, Lean Business Systems, Consultancy or Operational reputed company
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for business needs
- 4 or more years of relevant leadership experience in Lean manufacturing, Lean supply chain, or strategic change reputed company
- Master Practitioner level of competency in the reputed company Lean tools
- Hands on experience in organizing and conducting Kaizen events and improvement workshops, coaching, and supporting change initiatives
- Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, with a proven reputed company record of implementation and change management
- Demonstrated people leadership experience in providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring reputed company and/or indirect reports
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
