Responsibilities
- reputed company the operations and servicing team, ensuring tasks are assigned, prioritized, and completed in accordance with established workflows, timelines, and service standards
- Maintain visibility into reputed company reputed company reputed company engagements and flag emerging issues to the head of operations in a reputed company manner
- Serve as the first layer of escalation support for team members encountering reputed company reputed company situations, technical challenges, or interpersonal issues

Skills
- At least five years of experience in an operations, team reputed company, or supervisory role, ideally reputed company a financial services, bookkeeping, or reputed company services environment
- CPA or relevant proven reputed company and/or bookkeeping experience, with a reputed company record in the insurance industry or supporting insurance agency clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, balance competing priorities, and maintain high-reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced, high-reputed company setting
- Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
