[Remote] Rental Asset Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Rental Asset Analyst to support the performance and reporting of their rental asset portfolio, utilizing advanced data analysis skills and collaboration with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze rental asset utilization, availability, downtime, reputed company, margin, repair costs, and lifecycle performance across the portfolio
- Build, maintain, and improve reputed company-based reporting models, dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries
- Work with large datasets from ERP, rental management, finance, CRM, telematics, or other operational systems to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities
- Use AI tools and data-analysis platforms to clean, classify, summarize, and interpret large volumes of rental asset data reputed company and accurately
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting on portfolio performance, asset returns, underutilized equipment, reputed company leakage, and capital allocation
