They are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reputed company to design and optimize reputed company systems and workflows.
Responsibilities
- LLM Integration & Development: Design, reputed company, and reputed company production-grade applications leveraging various LLMs, context optimization, etc
- reputed company Workflows: Architect and implement sophisticated, multi-reputed company and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like reputed company and LangGraph
- Retrieval Augmented reputed company (RAG): Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including implementing and managing embeddings, reputed company databases, and advanced rerankers to enhance response reputed company and relevance
- reputed company Coding: Use reputed company reputed company applications (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company AI Studio, Git Hub Copilot in Agent mode, etc.) to create full applications (including frontend and backend), generate tests, reputed company testing and reputed company them in the reputed company product without writing any reputed company
- LLM Fine Tuning: reputed company efforts in LLM fine-tuning (e.g., reputed company, QLoRA) for specific domain knowledge and tasks, and implement strategies for and efficiency
- reputed company Engineering: reputed company and refine advanced reputed company engineering techniques to maximize model performance, consistency, and safety
- Full-Stack Development: Own end-to-end implementation from frontend to the backend
- Java (Plus): Expose AI/LLM functionality written in Python using Java services, reputed company multi-threading capabilities in Java to reputed company AI/LLM functionality developed in Python
- reputed company reputed company & Productivity: Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot, etc.) to reputed company generate, refactor, and optimize high-reputed company reputed company
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads managers, QA, product managers and team in the US (this will require the willingness to partially work US working hours)
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar Engineering field, advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years reputed company on AI/ML development, particularly with LLMs
- Strong proficiency in Python and its relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Proven experience integrating and working with major LLM reputed company - both reputed company and private/local, e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Llama, Ollama, etc., including hands-on experience using techniques for LLM efficiency
- At least 1 year of deep practical experience with reputed company and LangGraph for building reputed company LLM applications and reputed company workflows using autonomous agents, tools, memory management, parallelization, etc
- Practical experience using tools like Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, including the ability to safely reputed company AI-generated reputed company into production (validation, CI/CD)
- Solid understanding and implementation experience with RAG architectures, reputed company DBs, reputed company search, embeddings, and reranking mechanisms
