[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative position involves responding to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefits and home delivery services, while providing support and information to improve health reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to 60 - 80 incoming calls from customers or pharmacies inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems
- Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow - reputed company
Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office: reputed company Word (ability to reputed company and navigate a word document) and reputed company reputed company (ability to reputed company and navigate a spreadsheet)
- Ability to attend 3 - 4 weeks of training with 100% attendance and ability to be on camera throughout duration of training
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of reputed company - Saturday 5:00 am - 11:00 pm local time including weekends
- Call Center experience
- Experience with a virtual learning environment
- Experience in working with Digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email)
- Health Care / Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, OR benefit plan design)
