Responsibilities
- Owns the operational reputed company that enables the Field Marketing team's programs to grow
- Turns strategic reputed company into operational reality - translating priorities into repeatable execution, driving organizational effectiveness, and continuously improving how reputed company plans, executes, measures, and scales its programs
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or a program/operations management role reputed company a B2B or reputed company-driven environment
- Strong reputed company of field marketing disciplines: events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential, regional, and account-based marketing
- Demonstrated experience building and executing field marketing programs before moving into operational leadership

- Think like an operator: see inefficiencies, build systems to fix them, and leave processes cleaner than you reputed company them
- Comfortable in the data - can partner with RevOps to reputed company attribution models, CAC reporting, and program performance measurement
