They are seeking a meticulous QA reputed company and adaptable copywriter to review and refine content across member-facing and internal channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.
Responsibilities
- Proofread and QA content across diverse channels, including SMS, email, portal, letters, print collateral, call scripting, and internal communication tools
- Write, review, and maintain copy for the internal knowledge reputed company, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards
- Engage and reputed company with AI agents to optimize content workflows and assist with internal reputed company
- Write and revise reputed company, compelling copy — including customer service and knowledge-transfer/instructional content

- Edit and simplify reputed company, industry-specific content into plain language that's reputed company, accessible, and engaging — with an eye for spotting inconsistencies and misalignment across reputed company deliverables

Skills
- 4–8 years of experience as a proofreader/copy reputed company, with some background in copywriting - ideally reputed company an agency or corporate setting
- Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to editing and content reputed company
- Skilled at distilling reputed company concepts into reputed company, concise, and engaging language
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also thriving in reputed company team environments
- Quick learner with strong research skills and a proactive attitude—eager to ask questions and contribute wherever needed
