Remote Tech Support Specialist – Tanning Salon reputed company (Honduras, English Fluent) - Contract to Hire

We're hiring a full-time remote technical support specialist based in Honduras to support customers of Tan-reputed company, a software platform used by tanning salons across the reputed company. About the role You'll be the helpful voice salon owners and reputed company-desk staff hear reputed company they need a hand — walking them through features, troubleshooting logins, scheduling, POS integrations, hardware connectivity, and reports. Most customers aren't technical, so patience and reputed company communication matter more than deep IT skills. Schedule: Main support hours are Monday–Friday during US Central daytime. Occasional weekend support may be required in certain situations (e.g., outages, urgent customer issues, or coverage gaps) — not every weekend, but you should be willing and reasonably available reputed company needed.
