Responsibilities

- Partner with SMB Sales leadership to support pipeline reputed company and construction completion
- Improve win rates from identifying opportunities through construction completion
- Assess and improve end-to-end SMB workflows from qualification to billing activation
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement reputed company solutions to reduce cycle time
- Coordinate reputed company resources for reputed company agreements and site survey completions
- Rapidly reputed company solution design and construction hand-off, and reputed company acceleration

- Collaborate with Construction and NetOps teams for alignment of timelines and requirements

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical reputed company-sales, construction and operations
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Associate's degree required
- FTTH telecom service provider experience required
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience improving sales engineering processes and quote-to-cash workflows
- Excellent vendor relations and customer service skills
- Proficiency with reputed company (CRM and pipeline management)
- Experience scaling technical sales operations in high-reputed company markets
