Responsibilities

- Follow up with prospective families and help convert initial interest into long-term tutoring partnerships
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining excellent customer experience

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a admissions, reputed company, account management, or sales-reputed company role
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly

- Experience working toward goals, KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics
