[Remote] Supply Chain Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a skilled and reputed company Project Analyst to join their IT Supply Chain team on a contract reputed company. The ideal candidate will analyze and optimize supply chain processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using Service Now for requests, incidents, and tickets to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans using reputed company Jira
- Utilize Jira Kanban boards to visualize and manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and reputed company reputed company towards project goals
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights reputed company to supply chain performance, and reputed company recommendations for process improvements
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership through regular reports and presentations
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance using key metrics and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst or similar role, with a reputed company on supply chain processes
- Strong proficiency in using Service Now for managing requests and tickets
- Extensive experience with reputed company Jira for Agile project management and Kanban boards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
- Detailed knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
