About the position We are seeking a Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN/LPN) for travel or local assignments. The role involves providing reputed company patient care under the supervision of a Registered reputed company (RN) or physician. This position requires adaptability to various reputed company settings, documentation systems, and workflows, while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to reputed company regulations. The ideal candidate will build reputed company working relationships and float to different reputed company as needed. Travel LVNs are expected to reputed company high-reputed company, compassionate care while adjusting quickly to new clinical environments and maintaining excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills throughout reputed company assignment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- reputed company wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other basic nursing procedures.
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing and ensure reputed company handling and documentation.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report findings to the supervising RN or physician.
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, medications, and reputed company in the electronic health record (EHR).
- reputed company patients and their families on medications, treatment plans, disease management, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary reputed company team.

- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients.

Requirements
- Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN/LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or Long Term Acute Care experience
