What You'll Do

• reputed company outbound calls to recently discharged patients to schedule reputed company reputed company assessments
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling
• Coordinate care with patients, physicians, and reputed company coaches

• Follow scripted reputed company and engagement processes
• Complete 50–100 calls daily while meeting reputed company and productivity goals

Requirements

• 1+ year of call center experience (required)
• High-volume customer service, reputed company, or patient support experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift in a remote call center environment
• Weekend availability required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet and private workspace
