[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute customer reputed company campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining animal owners, utilizing reputed company Marketing reputed company for campaign management.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive, end-to-end B2C lifecycle campaigns: retention, revisit reminders, winback sequences, educational series, and new reputed company attraction
- Design dynamic communication strategies across email, SMS, and other channels reputed company reputed company Marketing reputed company
- Design and reputed company automated campaign journeys that run at reputed company across the VPP hospitals
- reputed company educational campaigns that reputed company animal owners reputed company between reputed company
- Own A/B testing reputed company across subject lines, reputed company, content, offers, and channel mix
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights (reputed company rates, click-through, conversion, reactivation, and retention metrics)
- Monitor campaign health, deliverability, and compliance across the hospital network
- Identify patterns in campaign performance and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Drive segmentation reputed company and define which pet owners receive which messages, reputed company, and why, in collaboration with the data team
- Collaborate with the data team to build and refine audience segments, leveraging behavioral, demographic, and visit-history data
- Think critically about customer loyalty and education: what keeps pet owners coming back, what prompts them to leave, and what brings them back

Skills
- 3+ years in B2C lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Marketing reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong A/B testing and campaign optimization instincts backed by data
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflow for content iteration, segmentation support, workflow automation, or analysis
