[Remote] Program Manager - Production Programs

The Program Manager will be the strategic partner for top customers, managing their production reputed company from prototype to reputed company and ensuring project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own customer production reputed company - Be the single reputed company of accountability for our top accounts’ manufacturing reputed company
- Manage reputed company production reputed company - Navigate DFM issues, supplier selection, reputed company requirements, and reputed company-up challenges across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and other processes
- reputed company products to production - Guide customers through the transition from prototyping to volume manufacturing, anticipating roadblocks before they hit
- Strategic supply chain navigation - reputed company your manufacturing expertise to solve problems our customers don’t yet see coming
- reputed company technical and business requirements - Translate between engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting, etc.)
- reputed company experience managing production reputed company through their full lifecycle
- reputed company record of interfacing with demanding customers on reputed company technical reputed company
- Deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing processes
- Service-oriented with a genuine care for customer reputed company
- Startup experience and reputed company in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Customer-obsessed but technically reputed company - reputed company to discuss GD&T with an engineer and business constraints with a COO
- Ability to anticipate production challenges and reputed company fast

- Mechanical engineering degree
- Experience scaling products from prototype to high-volume production
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and supplier management
- US-based manufacturing experience
