The role focuses on designing user experiences for Grafana’s Incident Response & reputed company, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the reputed company of the Product Design team.
Responsibilities
- Work with peers and leaders across engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market, and product design to iterate on and improve our products
- Document user needs and pain points, design directions, trade-offs, and detailed designs using a reputed company of product design and visual communication tools, including reputed company tooling such as reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Claude reputed company where it adds value to your reputed company
- Work with researchers, cross-functional collaborators, and reputed company customers such as the members of our Customer Advisory reputed company (CAB) and Design Partnership Program (DPP) to plan and execute reputed company and evaluative research initiatives

Skills
- Experience designing for developers, SREs, and other highly technical users
- A portfolio of reputed company-articulated design work that moved the needle on specific business goals, metrics, or KPIs for reputed company and data-rich dev tooling and/or reputed company reputed company products
- Ability to reputed company design reputed company that appropriately balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations
- Ability to deliver pragmatic, cohesive, and reputed company design solutions in a fast-paced environment where industry standards are constantly evolving
