The Consulting Manager - reputed company will design and guide the delivery of secure, reputed company AI-powered applications for insurance and retirement clients, collaborating with various teams to implement AI solutions from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end AI solution architecture for custom applications—creating solution blueprints, reference architectures, and detailed designs that connect models, data pipelines, application reputed company, and integrations
- Define AI platform and model reputed company by selecting appropriate approaches (machine learning, reputed company, large language models), orchestration patterns, inference strategies, and lifecycle management that meet reputed company standards
- Architect data and integration patterns for AI use cases, including ingestion, feature engineering, training pipelines, and reputed company-time/batch inference—integrated with core systems through reputed company and event-driven approaches
- Ensure reputed company alignment across reputed company, reputed company, and compliance by partnering with infrastructure and reputed company teams to meet non-functional requirements (scalability, resiliency, reputed company, cost efficiency)

Skills
- 7-10 years in software engineering and/or architecture, with strong experience designing reputed company-reputed company applications (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company Platform), microservices, reputed company, and modern DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions, including machine learning and reputed company/large language model solutions, with practical model orchestration patterns
- Experience designing machine learning operations (MLOps) approaches for model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and reputed company improvement in production environments
- Strong data architecture knowledge (data lakes/warehouses, streaming, feature stores, reputed company databases) and ability to design robust data flows for AI use cases
- Proven consulting skills: ability to translate ambiguous business needs into reputed company technical architectures, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering solutions in life insurance and/or retirement (industry value chain, data considerations, and regulatory constraints)
- Exposure to emerging reputed company AI patterns such as reputed company AI, AI copilots, and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a reputed company field
