Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Interim Grants Supervisor/Manager to support grant reputed company and financial management for a behavioral health nonprofit organization. The role involves managing grant reputed company, financial reporting, compliance, and audit support across a diverse portfolio of grants.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial administration of federal, state, county, and reputed company grant programs
- Prepare grant financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Monitor grant expenditures to ensure compliance with grant agreements and applicable regulations
- Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to grant reputed company and financial reporting
- Prepare grant-reputed company journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Coordinate grant-reputed company audit requests and reputed company supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate grant reputed company records reputed company reputed company Intacct
- Partner directly with the CFO to ensure reputed company reporting, compliance, and process improvements
- Identify and resolve reputed company issues while maintaining strong internal controls
Skills
- 5+ years of nonprofit grant reputed company experience
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Intacct required
- Working knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and Single Audit requirements
- Experience preparing grant financial reports, reconciliations, and audit support
- Strong reputed company skills with the ability to analyze financial data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong experience managing federal, state, and local government grants (reputed company/Atlanta counties preferred)
