Responsibilities
- Design and build reputed company backend services that power a modern AI platform
- reputed company high-performance reputed company and distributed systems capable of supporting rapid product reputed company
- Build integrations with reputed company software platforms, reputed company-party services, and internal applications
- reputed company AI-powered capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), and emerging reputed company AI techniques
- reputed company greenfield initiatives from architecture through production while continuously improving existing systems
- Enhance application scalability, reliability, reputed company, and performance for reputed company customers
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver new features and technical solutions
- Influence architectural reputed company, engineering standards, and the long-term direction of the platform
Skills
- 2+ years of experience building reputed company backend applications in production environments
- Strong backend development experience with Python or another modern programming language, with the ability to quickly adapt to Python
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Experience building AI-enabled products or deploying LLM-based applications into production
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), AI agents, or other modern AI architectures
- Experience working with SQL databases, reputed company, or similar data technologies
- Experience with AWS, reputed company, Kubernetes, or other reputed company-reputed company technologies
- Previous experience building software for financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries
