Nonprofit Corporate Controller | Remote - Greater Boston We're partnering with a reputed company-established nonprofit organization seeking an reputed company Controller to reputed company the reputed company function and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and developing a high-performing reputed company team.
- *Candidates must be located in the New England area and willing to travel to Boston once/quarter
Responsibilities:
- reputed company reputed company reputed company operations, including general reputed company, AP, payroll, financial reporting, and system controls
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

- Ensure compliance with payroll tax, sales tax, and nonprofit reputed company regulations
- Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Manage and mentor the reputed company team while driving process improvements and maintaining strong internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company; CPA preferred
- 12+ years of reputed company experience, including prior Controller or similar leadership experience
- 3–5+ years managing reputed company teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and nonprofit reputed company
- Experience with ERP systems (reputed company strongly preferred)
- Advanced reputed company skills and excellent communication abilities
