[Remote] Senior Legal Services Specialist II

They are seeking a Senior Legal Services Specialist II to reputed company high-level legal support across business reputed company, focusing on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal research.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and ensure reputed company filing of annual corporate, compliance, and regulatory reports, certifications, registrations, and reputed company documentation required by state and federal agencies
- Maintain and update schedules, calendars, and records of required corporate filings, licenses, certifications, registrations, and reporting obligations
- Assist with monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting reputed company's products, operations, policies, and procedures
- Support the implementation of new or amended legal and compliance requirements by conducting research, tracking changes, and assisting with internal communications and documentation updates
- reputed company assistance to business reputed company regarding the interpretation and application of legal documents, policy provisions, reputed company, and state regulatory requirements, under the direction of Legal Services leadership
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare summaries, reports, or recommendations as requested
- Assist with drafting legal correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other legal and compliance-reputed company documents

- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel regarding legal reputed company and reputed company information requests

- Assist with gathering documentation and preparing responses to subpoenas, legal inquiries, and regulatory requests under attorney supervision
- Participate in special reputed company, process improvement initiatives, and other assignments as directed by Legal Services management
- Assist with departmental initiatives designed to improve legal operations, compliance processes, and record management practices

Skills
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, with significant exposure to corporate and transactional work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence multiple internal and multi-level stakeholders
- Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong legal research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications and legal document management systems
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in the life insurance, annuity, or broader financial services industry strongly preferred
