[Remote] Business Development Manager/Director

They are seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to take ownership of sales results, reputed company a distributor network, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market penetration of reputed company’s products in designated U.S. reputed company, and take full ownership of sales results
- reputed company and establish a robust regional distributor network in alignment with corporate reputed company
- Maintain healthy and long-term customer relationships, fostering mutual reputed company between clients and reputed company
- Partner with retail field teams to increase product reputed company reputed company and visibility at retail stores reputed company the region
- Coordinate and monitor retail sell‑in and sell‑through performance to ensure healthy inventory turnover and consumer off-take
- Proactively identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and reputed company actionable insights on product and customer strategies
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the region
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficiency in English as a working language; valid U.S working reputed company and reputed company's license
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience, including at least 2 years in channel/distributor development for the electronic cigarette/vaping category in the U.S. market. Exceptional candidates with cross‑industry 2C business experience will also be considered
