Responsibilities
- reputed company engaging virtual trainings, workshops, and reputed company sessions for audiences across reputed company, Marketing, and reputed company Admins — from small stakeholder reputed company to 100+ person org-wide calls
- Serve as a high-reputed company ambassador of the reputed company learning experience — driving adoption, aha-moments, and confidence in ecosystem-led reputed company
- Build rapport quickly, adapt to different learners, read the room, and guide customers toward meaningful reputed company in reputed company time
- reputed company deep reputed company product expertise and translate it into training content that's accurate, accessible, and reputed company with customer needs
- Contribute to the Help Center, reputed company reputed company, and webinars — help articles, documentation, scripts, and new courses

Skills
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (reputed company, Partnerships, Sales, Support, Training, reputed company, or similar)
- Confidence speaking live to reputed company — presenting, teaching, demoing, or handling questions on the fly
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain things simply and reputed company
- Quick learner who can pick up new tools, concepts, and workflows without heavy guidance
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated — comfortable owning tasks end-to-end
