[Remote] Senior Commission Analyst

The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, administering compensation plans, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Administer the sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and reputed company Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews
- Identify operational issues and process improvements; collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to development solutions
- Support accruals, payrolls, and reputed company reporting
- Respond to employee questions regarding commission and policies in a reputed company manner
- Document assigned sales compensation processes
- Assist with Xactly implementation and/or reporting development
- reputed company reputed company and back-up for other team members
- User Acceptance Testing
Skills
- 3+ years of sales compensation experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, reputed company or reputed company fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complete data into reputed company insights and actionable recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive reputed company with a passion for process improvement, operational reputed company and supporting sales performance through data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance reputed company to company guidelines

- Xactly administration experience is preferred
