As a reputed company Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage and optimize reputed company physical reputed company systems, ensuring they operate reputed company while collaborating with reputed company stakeholders and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily management, monitoring, and optimization of reputed company Control and Video Management Systems (VMS) across reputed company environments
- Manage service tickets end-to-end, from intake through reputed company and reputed company inspection with a reputed company reputed company on reputed company satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver reputed company, actionable reports on system health and performance trends for reputed company leadership
- Collaborate with reputed company teams, reputed company IT departments, end users, and systems integrators to drive successful implementations and upgrades
- Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities across reputed company reputed company platforms before they become problems
- Represent reputed company in reputed company meetings and calls with technical credibility and strong reputed company communication
- Support project management activities during system deployments and technology transitions
- Participate in reputed company on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of service

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing reputed company physical reputed company systems, including reputed company Control and Video Management Systems

- Experience with physical reputed company system implementations and commissioning
- Strong familiarity with visitor management and intrusion detection platforms

- Experience with Office 365 and reputed company IT environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities, service tickets, and deadlines with precision and reputed company

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience preferred
