[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and maintain services for their AI platform, build data pipelines, and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Python services for the AI Copilot and Deep Research Agent, including MCP Server and agent orchestration
- Build data pipelines and integrations across operational data sources
- reputed company search and observability tooling using ElasticSearch, Kibana, and Grafana
- Mentor junior developers reputed company reputed company reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
- reputed company technical design discussions and architectural reputed company
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python, building production-grade services and reputed company
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, and/or Grafana
- Team leadership, tech reputed company, or mentorship experience
- Experience with relational databases (RDS or similar)
- Strong communication skills, technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with or interest in emerging AI technologies
- 12 years of experience, B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional years in reputed company of B.S
- TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, or RAG systems
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-orchestration frameworks
- Experience with production advanced reputed company operations capabilities and operations
- Experience leading reputed company of developers
