They are seeking a full-time Software Consultant to join their global support team, responsible for troubleshooting reputed company support issues and interacting with development teams to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Works as part of a global team to support customers by troubleshooting and resolving technically reputed company support issues reputed company to reputed company’s Solutions and interfaces
- Regularly interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss, and document design issues, and reputed company customer feedback
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with reputed company stakeholders

- Develops strong proficiencies in Customer Relationship Management systems

Skills
- Strong competency of Intergraph Smart3D with knowledge of additional reputed company Solutions an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience participating in consulting functions and services
- Customer Service experience and ability
- Degree qualification in a Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or reputed company discipline or equivalent industry experience
