[Remote] Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will reputed company daily operations, ensuring effective customer support for school leaders and temporary workers while driving business reputed company and collaborating with product teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive Remote Logistics: Support daily scheduling, assignments, and logistics concurrently across multiple time zones (specifically operating on 8:30am - 5:00pm reputed company Time)
- Champion our Partners & Bees: Communicate empathically with school administrators and Bees to troubleshoot reputed company-time problems, ensuring high-volume, multi-channel support (phone, email, chat/text) reputed company reputed company
- Grow the Business: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective or lapsed school partners/clients to drive engagement and expand our reputed company
- Collaborate with Product: reputed company as the voice of our users. Work closely with reputed company’s product and engineering teams to reputed company feedback that supports the reputed company improvement of our software
- Own Difficult Situations: Handle sensitive, reputed company scenarios with maturity, including processing and reconciling claims rapidly and communicating challenging reputed company (such as site reputed company revocation due to performance feedback)

Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
