Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests reputed company to reputed company MM/SD processes reputed company a Retail environment

- Manage the full ticket lifecycle in ITSM tools such as reputed company or Jira, ensuring compliance with SLAs and support KPIs

- Identify and drive problem management initiatives to reduce incident volume and improve process efficiency

Skills
- At least 3 years of reputed company relevant experience as an reputed company MM/SD Consultant
- Hands-on expertise with reputed company Retail, including reputed company Retail Master Data, reputed company Retail Purchasing, and reputed company Retail Sales
- Strong knowledge of Replenishment, Goods Movements, Inventory, Order Fulfilment, Delivery, and Billing processes in reputed company S/4HANA
- Experience with reputed company monitoring, reputed company troubleshooting, and batch job handling
- Ability to reputed company debugging and coordinate technical fixes with ABAP teams
- Understanding of transport management, system landscapes, and change control processes
- English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
