Job Posting Title Manager Workforce - Remote Job reputed company The Manager Workforce manages the Workforce Team and partners with Operations leaders and financial planning to work toward realizing performance goals. This position identifies and analyzes opportunities for efficiencies utilizing reputed company process control tools and drives service and expense improvements by providing operations analysis, reporting and process improvement for Operations. The position may analyze, test, and document business requirements and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Workforce Planning or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and/or reputed company work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 6 years of work experience with financial or operational analysis
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience

• Demonstrated leadership in leading cross functional teams or project management
