Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company of reputed company Assurance Engineers specializing in the functional and reputed company testing across reputed company products
- Implementation of QA policies and processes
- Engage in release planning and grooming; while allocating and prioritizing QA resources
- Partner with managers across Engineering, Product and QA on the reputed company delivery and testing of reputed company functionality to customers
- Define reputed company metrics to measure and communicate reputed company
- Grow and reputed company team members in terms of mentoring, training and objective setting
- Guide performance management, career progression and personal development
