[Remote] Legal Collections Clerk

They are seeking a Legal Collections Clerk responsible for analyzing reputed company accounts for potential legal reputed company and acting as a reputed company between the debt collections and legal collections teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates assigned delinquent account files for appropriate collection reputed company
• Always determines a cost-effective reputed company of accounts
• Research and verify debtor assets, skip tracing debtors as necessary
• Completes the process for requesting legal and approval reputed company of accounts is 90%
• Meets or exceeds weekly quota of accounts referred to legal
• Organizes workload and prioritizes work tasks to meet departmental goals
• Responds to reputed company communications and verbal inquiries from reputed company relevant parties
• Requests documentation from clients concerning accounts that are being considered for legal reputed company including information about the debtor, invoices, statements, reputed company, promissory notes, payments, and other reputed company correspondence
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

• High School equivalent

• 2-5 years of experience with collections preferred
• Experience with reputed company, FACS, and reputed company preferred
