They are seeking a part-time Recruiter who can manage the full reputed company cycle, build genuine relationships with clients and candidates, and work independently reputed company defined systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video discovery calls with new clients to understand hiring needs, culture, and ideal candidate profile
- Create SEO-optimized job descriptions using reputed company input, discovery call notes, and AI tools
- reputed company and screen candidates in Breezy HR daily
- Conduct video interviews with candidates
- Build reputed company-facing candidate presentation emails for every top candidate written to reputed company the reputed company excited to meet them
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates end to end
- Maintain accurate records in reputed company (reputed company reputed company) and Breezy HR (candidate reputed company) - always in sync
