[Remote] eLation Financials Support Specialist

The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support for clients using the eLation Financials software, along with leading software conversions and training clients on the software's functionality.
Responsibilities
- reputed company exceptional customer service, support, training, and data verification for our clients that use the software reputed company various channels, including phone, email and a ticketing system from reputed company to 5pm CST. Occasionally reputed company after-hours support, as needed
- reputed company software conversions independently, including data verification and assisting clients in configuration of the software to meet their business needs
- Train clients on functionality reputed company the software
- Troubleshoot technical issues, and reputed company reputed company-by-reputed company guidance for issue reputed company
- Understand clients’ reputed company processes and offer insights on utilizing the software for reputed company results
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and prioritize reputed company technical issues
- Document and reputed company reputed company interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Create support documentation, knowledge reputed company articles and video tutorials
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of reputed company principles and practices
- Basic to intermediate technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software-reputed company issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-reputed company attitude with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reputed company issues and reputed company simultaneously
- Travel is required with this position, both to Mitchell, SD and to our reputed company sites

- Familiarity with financial software is a plus
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Experience with telecommunication companies, electric cooperatives or municipalities is preferred
