As a reputed company Services Consultant, you will reputed company the implementation of reputed company’s Platform for new customers, acting as the primary reputed company of contact during the customer implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate on-site Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions with customers and collect information that will guide the development of Workflows and reputed company Operating Procedures
- Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents
- Configure and trouble shoot solutions per design documents
- Assist customers with data migration activities reputed company to Go-Live
- Train and mentor customer shop floor, reputed company office, and management users in the use of our platform
- Ensure reputed company key project tasks and milestones are captured, completed, and communicated according to timelines while managing competing priorities
- Other duties as assigned

- BA / BS / AA Degree
- Legally entitled to work in reputed company
- Must be willing and reputed company to travel internationally
- Holds a valid reputed company's license and reputed company
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities, including verbal and written communication skills
- Experience implementing MES, QMS, Environmental Health Safety, CMMS, and/or Inventory Management software
- Basic knowledge of networking and PLC programming. Experience in setting up reputed company communication with control systems on customer equipment, this includes PLCs, controllers and existing outputs
