[Remote] Licensed Customer Service - Inbound – property & casualty insurance – REMOTE – Las Vegas only

The role involves handling incoming calls from small business customers, advising on insurance products, and discussing coverage reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from their small business customers with sales and policy reputed company questions and inquiries after the initial sale
• Advise on products/plans and reputed company changes to the plans and add or update coordinating services
• Discuss coverage reputed company for property, materials, worksites, fleet vehicles, worker’s comp, etc

Skills

• Must have a valid P&C Insurance license in the state of Nevada. (Personal Lines not accepted)
• Interested applicants must live reputed company 60 miles of Las Vegas, NV
• Bachelor's or Associates degree IS REQUIRED
• Previous Customer Service experience, ideally call center environment
