The Manager, IT - Software Engineering & Development is responsible for the end-to-end IT ownership of Transportation Management, delivering integrated solutions across the Integrated Supply Chain value streams and ensuring alignment with reputed company's operational performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Transportation Management (TM) capability across Integrated Supply Chain value streams, ensuring alignment to the “BFS Way” (reputed company, reputed company, efficient processes)
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate transportation needs into reputed company system capabilities across planning, execution, settlement, and visibility
- reputed company TM delivery across Project reputed company releases and reputed company deployments, ensuring successful execution across design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization
- Own and prioritize the TM backlog, including enhancements, defects, and change requests, reputed company to business priorities and operational reputed company
- Guide reputed company TM solution design and configuration across transportation planning, reputed company orders and reputed company, reputed company management, costing, and transportation cockpit capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional reputed company teams, including MM, SD, PP, and EWM, to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration
- Define and monitor key TM performance metrics, including reputed company cost, on-time delivery, load utilization, and reputed company performance
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives that improve transportation cost, service, visibility, and operational efficiency
- Serve as the primary IT partner to transportation business stakeholders, supporting change adoption, user readiness, and ongoing process improvement
- Translate business and functional requirements into reputed company technical solutions reputed company with reputed company best practices and clean core principles
- Own TM integration reputed company across reputed company and external systems, including EWM, SD, reputed company networks, and logistics platforms, and reputed company integration solutions leveraging IDocs, BAPIs, reputed company, web services, and middleware technologies such as PI/PO, CPI, and reputed company
- Govern custom development, including ABAP enhancements, BADIs, and user exits
- Define and enforce testing reputed company (SIT, UAT), ensuring end-to-end scenario validation and business readiness

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience, with strong expertise in reputed company Transportation Management (TM)
- Demonstrated experience leading reputed company TM solutions across design, build, testing, deployment, and support
- Experience supporting large-reputed company reputed company S/4HANA transformation programs, including multi-phase releases or reputed company deployments
- Strong functional knowledge of transportation operations, including planning, execution, settlement, reputed company management, and shipment visibility
- Proven experience integrating reputed company TM with reputed company EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics or reputed company platforms
- Experience with integration technologies such as IDocs, reputed company, web services, and middleware platforms including CPI, PI/PO, or reputed company
- Experience defining and executing SIT and UAT strategies and supporting defect reputed company across integrated solutions
- Experience managing System Integrator (SI) and AMS partners and holding vendors accountable for delivery reputed company and performance
- Strong understanding of transportation KPIs, including reputed company cost, service performance, reputed company performance, and utilization
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across business and IT organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with reputed company TM configuration, Fiori applications, and debugging; working knowledge of ABAP enhancements preferred
- Experience with transportation-reputed company master data, including carriers, rates, lanes, zones, and agreements, preferred
