POSITION reputed company: The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Sales & Account Management (CP-SAM) leads pharmacy benefit reputed company for existing Middle Market and Select reputed company (U-3,000) clients in the reputed company Region (SoCal, PNW). This role serves as the primary pharmacy subject matter expert, partnering with Medical Sales, internal pharmacy teams, clients, and brokers to drive retention, reputed company, and integrated pharmacy solutions while leading an in-market pharmacy team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support new sales and renewals by leading pharmacy RFP, pricing, and finalist strategies
- Drive adoption of pharmacy programs and solutions that reputed company total cost of care

- Ensure successful new reputed company implementations, renewals, and benefit plan changes

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 5+ years of PBM experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Extensive pharmacy background (pharmacist or non-pharmacist)
- Strong expertise in PBM pricing, contracting, and financial reputed company
- Experience with consultative sales and reputed company management methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and execute market-level business plans
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (seasonal)
- Previous people management experience
- Knowledge of PBM clinical programs and specialty pharmacy preferred
- Located in AZ, CA, NV, PNW

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,700 - 202,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
