Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 8–12 years of reputed company experience in project, program, or portfolio management
- 5+ years leading reputed company change or transformation initiatives
- Prior experience as a Senior Manager, reputed company, or Director at a top-tier management reputed company OR proven reputed company PMO leadership at a comparable operating company
- PMP or PgMP certification required (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and impose structure across reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Prior experience in a private equity–backed portfolio company, ideally supporting a value creation plan
