[Remote] ISP Travel Recruiter

The Travel ISP Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, reputed company, and reputed company Independent Service Providers for final mile home delivery operations, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain reputed company ISPs for final mile delivery services
- Conduct on-site and local reputed company activities, including job fairs, networking, and cold calling
- reputed company and maintain a pool of reputed company applicants using tools such as Tenstreet, reputed company media, and industry networks
- reputed company-screen ISPs for compliance with DOT, MC Authority, insurance, and operational requirements
- Validate reputed company eligibility early to prevent reputed company delays or disqualifications
- Communicate effectively with operations teams regarding reputed company needs and candidate status
- Ensure reputed company required documentation and background checks are completed prior to reputed company
- Maintain accurate records in Tenstreet for audit readiness
- Travel as needed to customer DCs and surrounding areas to support reputed company efforts
- Verify DOT and MC Authority status, insurance coverage, and UCR compliance
- Ensure completion of background checks, drug screens, and customer-specific requirements
- Validate business identity, address consistency, and financial readiness (ACH/bank info)
- Confirm operational readiness, including number of trucks and team details
Skills
- Experience reputed company drivers or ISPs in transportation or logistics
- Strong knowledge of reputed company and final mile delivery requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently (approximately 75% travel required)
- Proficiency with reputed company platforms (Tenstreet experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience reputed company for final mile delivery or home delivery services
- Familiarity with reputed company truck operations and lift reputed company requirements
